What you will work on:

You'll be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing entire projects end to end, from idea to launch. To do so, you'll have to work closely with design, operations, and (of course) creators.

Tasks include building out the core Throne platform which includes problems such as...

• Building a secure payment infrastructure that supports crowdfunding and custom, automated anti-fraud measures
• Build a scalable and stable infrastructure that can support hundreds of millions of dollars in transactions
• Designing and implementing a machine learning-based recommendation engine to help our creators find the right items out of our thousands of partner products
• Build security features to keep our creators’ data safe
• Build gamified and viral features that add to our Twitch integration, Stream alert overlays, and Twitter integration
• Build a user interface that is used by millions of users every month
• You'll help build the foundation for Throne engineering standards, tooling, and processes.

You'll ideally...

• Have at least 1 year of software engineering experience - we are hiring across all seniority levels
• Have experience in our tech stack: React/Redux/Typescript on the frontend and Node/Typescript on the backend
• Have fun writing clean, maintainable, and performant code
• Be a builder - you ship MVPs that are not always perfect and improve these over time based on user feedback
• Be comfortable shipping features end-to-end, from defining the product spec to deploying to production
